Butterfly Blossom

Phew, what a difference in the weather today...........'it's scorchio'!!! Thankfully I stayed in the shade and watched the Grand Prix (I know I must be the only person in the country who hates the sun,but someone has to!!!)

Anyway, (mojo on a go-slow,aside)  I've  come up with a card for the Simply stampin challenge which stars a sketch this week.

I started with a square of 6" x6" SU Wild Wasabi card, and cut a large label in Whisper White with the BS. I stamped on this with the blossom branch from Garden Silhouettes in Certain Celery and Crushed Curry, with some of the image flowing over onto the lozenges shapes of So Saffron and Gable Green.I used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to reposition the branch to extend parts of the design. This was topped with a Daffodil Delight Butterfly (cut in the BS) that was sponged with CCurry and yellow gems on the body, and a Woodware sentiment.

I hope you like it.

Thanks for dropping by, and please call again if you can, or if you prefer, please leave me a comment.
