Today, I have still not had the call about the donkey going into foal, but my thoughts are with my good friend who has just found out that her battle with Cancer is on again, as the dreaded disease has returned. My friend Jacqueline came around, and I tried to take my mind off things by crafting, and I came up with this card

I still had Jacqueline's borrowed stamp set of By the Tide on my table, and with the theme of Holidays, I thought of snorkelling in the sea, and so the card was born!

Still no donkey foal, and I'm in panic mode every time the phone rings?

To take my mind of it, my friend came round this morning to craft, and I made this card

The wooden background was stamped on natural card and laid on a base. I then added some navy card with a MENU label added on the bottom. I die cut a cream circle, and drew an inner broken circle with a marker to make it look like a plate. I fussy cut a lobster and put it on the plate on 3D pads. I downloaded some clip art cutlery and stamped a pattern on the handles before grouping them together with a raffia bow. The finishing touch was the sentiment tag on the bow.
