Sweet Baby Blues!

I have gone crazy today and made a card for four challenges.

The colours and sea theme come from this photo inspiration at Addicted to Stamps,

the sketch at Try Stampin' on Tuesday,



Stampin' Royalty have an "OH BABY" theme,

and lastly, Make My Monday want us to "CREATE OWN BACKGROUND"

Here is my card

I first made my watery background by randomly stamping a flourish on some Natural White card in Versamark and heat embossing it with clear powder. I sponged over this with Green, Blue, and Turquoise ink. The flourish was also stamped across the bottom and sponged around the edges with Turquoise.

Here is a closer view of the embossing and sponging.
The Ark was stamped in Black Archival and coloured with Write Markers and an Aqua Painter, pulling the colours from the seaside photo inspiration. It was cut with a Nestie Label and added on 3D pads at an angle, and finished with a Turquoise ribbon and bow, and sentiment Nestie scallop circle.

I'm off to Leicester to see my new Nephew tomorrow, and we're throwing Sophie an early birthday party on Sunday, so an action packed weekend for me.
