BALLOONS
As I don't have any balloon stamps, I made mine out of the large petal in the Build a Blossom Punch. I then sponged the hills and sunset scene over three panels of white card mounted on black card, all topped with a Nestie. I drew some definition lines on the balloons with an Aqua Painter, and added some light reflections with a gel pen, before laying them on the Nestie with two layers of 3D pads so they looked more of a dome shape. The finishing touches were the hand drawn baskets, birds, trees, bushes, and stamped sentiment
