Apple for Teacher!

This is my second post tonight, just in case I get the call to go to my sisters field at any minute ( her donkey is due to go in to labour any minute)

First, I must say a big "Thank You" to Broni at Color Throwdown who said that she thought one of the outstanding cards in their challenge this week was my Peacock card, with "Gorgeously colored peacock and great embossed background panels!"

Now, here's my CAS card

First, I stamped the wood texture on white card, and placed it at the lower half of the base card, with a wobbly line around the top half. Next, I stamped the mouse on white card, coloured him with my AP and SU markers, and cut it with a Framelit in the Big Shot. This was then added on top of the wood panel with a sentiment printed on my laptop. The finishing touch was the gem dewdrop on the apple.

I am entering these challenges :

The CAS sketch is from the

  2. Oh the struggles of the wee mouse, but not as much as the struggle to deliver a donkey. At least I think it would a struggle, never having been on the scene of a laboring donkey! Anywho, what a cute card, thanks for joining us at House of Cards this month.
