I'm very tired today, I've been in hospital all morning for my drip, and then I rushed home to go to bed to find my new neighbours next door doing some rotavating in the garden........aaaaaaaahhhhh! Hopefully I can sleep tomorrow instead.
So, I turned to crafting and made a card for two challenges, and I'm sorry, but again I've used my favourite stamp of the moment, SU's Swallowtail! I will hide it after this post I promise.
and the colours from Dynamic Duos
Here's my card
I stamped the butterfly onto some white silk card and cut it out randomly with circle Nesties and a Butterfly Punch.
These discs and shapes were placed onto yellow card and then mounted on the base, trying to piece the swallowtail back together as best as possible. Some discs were on 3D pads for added interest.
Supplies :
Card = Daffodil Delight, Clarity silk card, white card and base FMS
Stamps = Swallowtail and Verve
Inks = Bermuda Bay ( I don't have Baja Breeze )
Tools = Big Shot, Nestabilities, and Elegant Butterfly Punch
Extras = 3D pads
Thanks for dropping by, and "Hello" and "Welcome" to my new followers, I hope you can find something you like?
Aww sorry you had been in Hospital Bev then you couldn't sleep hopefully you will later on.....your cards gorgeous l just like everything about it x
ReplyDeleteWhat a very clever idea! What is it about circles at the moment????!!! I have been using circles for various cards too. Just can't seem to stop. (Maybe my life is going in circles at the moment! hehe.)
ReplyDeleteBut this is such an inspiration. It is like spotlighting but with lots of circles instead of just one! Well done Bev. Hope you get some sleep soon. Vx
